Hi, I’m Lidia and I am ready to work with you to align your people strategies with your business goals. People are key to your success, and it is critical to find, keep and engage all employees and develop your next generation of leaders to ensure your company can grow and is sustainable.


As a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and Certified Executive Coach (CEC) through the International Coaching Federation, I have experience helping leaders focus on what matters. My background as an HR Business Partner and Talent and Culture leader has prepared me to work with employees and leaders on everything from learning and development, candidate experience, coaching culture, talent development, workplace investigations, employee experience, corporate social responsibility including diversity, equity, and inclusion. With over 25 years working on both the tactical and transformational areas of human resources, I can help you see where you might be getting stuck and offer solutions.
